Welcome to Norvexa. We are committed to delivering your orders safely and as quickly as possible throughout the United Arab Emirates.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1 business day after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or UAE public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with tracking information (where available).

Delivery Time

We currently deliver across all seven Emirates of the UAE.

  • Dubai: 1–2 business days
  • Abu Dhabi, Sharjah & Northern Emirates: 2–3 business days
  • Remote Areas: 3–5 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak seasons, public holidays, or due to unforeseen courier delays.

Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping: Orders above AED 200
  • Standard Shipping: AED 20 for orders below AED 200

Shipping charges are displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available across the UAE.

Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the package. Repeated failed delivery attempts may result in order cancellation.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive your tracking details via email or SMS, allowing you to monitor your shipment until delivery.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, delivery may be delayed or additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

While we strive to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Courier operational issues
  • High order volumes
  • Remote delivery locations

Norvexa is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.

If your order arrives damaged or if any item is missing, please contact our customer support within 48 hours of receiving your order.
